I though 10021 UES was the richest.
It's waaaaaaaaaaay down there on the list.
Good.
Those old fuddy duddies!
I think that the UES is really still the richest neighborhood in NYC. This information is based on actual census information over a number of years and not opinion polls like the website in the OP.
Beverly Square West? Who makes up the names of these neighborhoods? I never heard of this area in Brooklyn until NOW.
And they called Mill Basin by the wrong name, calling it Mill Island. What cracks me up even more is the house they show a picture of for Mill Basin is one I have posted of before because it's so freaking gaudy.
List seems bogus. Due to it's density and policies, NYC has some very interesting income diversity and disparity within neighborhoods. The Upper East Side despite having a reputation for wealth has a number of mixed income developments, section 8 dwellers, grandfathered rent controlled apartments and even a NYCHA complex.
If you want neighborhoods with less income diversity, see Riverdale or Forest Hills.
