I will be relocating my section 8 from Texas to Bronx new tork , what are some good brokers?

For Christ sake, why are you bringing your section 8 self to the Bronx? We have more than enough section 8 people in the Bronx, we don't need more! Why not stay in Texas?

There are no good brokers..they all are varying degrees of bad. If I were you I would be rethinking transferring your voucher to NYC. The quality of apts you will find available to you will be lousy at best, nevermind all the other issues you will be dealing with. People are transferring their vouchers out of NYC for good reason...you may want to think about Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Thanks, but I love new York, just visited there last month.Is Rothschild realty a good broker or susman realty?

Why does NYC let people transfer their section 8 from other states? Isn't there a way they can stop this. Then people who want to live here can move here on their own dime. If they can't afford it they can't move here... simple.

O.k. I agree with you, but I'm a good tenant and I pay my rent on time.there are rift raft in section 8 housing , what they need to do is screen applicants better that care about the property and work.me , myself I've served my country an now its time for this country to serve me and I've worked hard for what I have.

Interesting...I rarely come across single individuals with no kids on Section 8 unless they are a senior citizen.
