If these accusations are proven true, they should lose their SS and pensions both. It would be nice to see such an aggressive push to root out welfare and disability fraud amongst the entitlement class also, but this is certainly a good start.

Unfortunately, they won't lose their pensions because according to NYS law their public pensions are protected even if they commit a felony against their employer (NYS government). To take away their pensions, NYS needs to change the law.
They are DIRTBAGS. It is disgusting that they even sink so low as to pretend to be mentally ill to get "free money" from Social Security. They also put their kids on it too, as if the parent is on it their kids are also entitled to a check to suck off the system's teats.
one of the largest Social Security disability frauds ever
Those who were lost on 9-11, died as heroes. Those who went in after them, worked on The Pile, then died from 9-11 related diseases, died as heroes as well. Those still suffering from uncompensated 9-11 physical illnesses, are heroes.
Those who didn't suffer a scratch, yet capitalized on it, are bums.

You have no idea of the strengths or weaknesses of the cases, or what will happen, but feel free to speculate.
