That's a good question lol...I really don't know...I don't kno y I was thinking Leauvixen and I were in the same income range...but she is getting a one bedroom apartment...there's only 3 one bedroom apartments available in my income range...it's tells u on the website where they show the income requirements..I'm just goin based off what I see...

i find that to be rediculous.....hopefully that means u will get an apartment...im just trying to figure out how long it will take for them to respond to the people that were approved....im assuming id Leauvixen received a phone call than they will be making more phone calls soon...they keep saying theyre backed up but i dont believe them....it will be a month and a half for me and i havent received anything...i think i will call at the end of the week and see if they can tell me anything...

saw the building today...its absolutely breathtaking....the entrance door was open...love how big the building number is on the door....the gym that u see downstairs is actually blink fitness...sure the buildings gym is on a certain floor...on the adeline website for the condo they say the courtyard is on the 2nd floor.....

For my income limit there are 26 apartments. I will be walking by again and taking pictures today to see if there have been any changes since last week.

Hi good afternoon Yasmin.It's me ******* 24 west 117 st Harlem applicant Log #8*** . It's already been 2 months we are still waiting for city approval we submitted our file on July 17 and after then we didn't get any call or anything like that so plz let us know what is going on. Thanks

This is their Answer:

I know we spoke and I told you to be patient due to the fact we are processing file not 1 file but more than 100 files. Based on your log number you are back up for the 3 bedroom. Once your number is up a leasing specialist will contact you . Take care

this is the entrance it close to 5th avenue. I saw the guys still working on the building at 6 at night so i'm thinking they will be done soon, it's a nice entrance but not as nice as the adeline.



This is what lined the street walking towards the building. I saw two dead rats in the trash I assume they have been putting poison out and i saw a rat run across the street. the supermarket has the bottle machines on the same block so there was a line of me back the recycling.

i'm trying to figure out if the building has central air because I don't see where you could put an AC unit. I did notice that are putting shades on the windows, there nice but i'm sure i will change them.

I wanted to take more pis but there where just to many guys working and i felt weird taking photos with them there. im hoping the gate comes down soon

Wooooow I didn't see that trash when I went over today that's crazy!!! And I was wondering if it was central air too but that was added to the amenities but that would be awesome if there is!! And of course it's not gonna be as nice as the Adeline lol..::they have a door man and everything but w/e lol
