The end of 44th drive, where it goes to the East River. There's a bunch of city land that the city is going to give Amazon a sweetheart deal on leasing.

Wow, E train is going to blow up even more and those apartment towers all around are going to jack up rents through the roof

The E and M trains are only two blocks away and the G and 7 trains are three blocks away. Amazon knows what they are doing.

Ravenswood? No, that's north of the bridge, this is south of the bridge. Con Ed does have some property just north of this location.
