No. It will be on the waterfront bounded by the East River to the west, Vernon Blvd to the east, Anable Basin to the south and the Con Ed plant to the north.

Ravenswood? No, that's north of the bridge, this is south of the bridge. Con Ed does have some property just north of this location.
