I checked out some of the retail spaces for rent. Its insane! some of the space are under 2,000 Sf for $8,000 and $10,000. a month. I could imagine how difficult it is to make, keep profits and at the same time create jobs, as this line of work requires more than one or two people. That's why businesses move out and unemployment is high.
