What a joke. If these kids were in the suburbs, they'd already be suspended for even pointing their finger like a gun at someone else. They need to be charged with attempted murder, as adults.
One of these fourth grade kids is 12 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
