I just realized Bugsy posted that in 2014 and the press article was from 2008 and only targeting areas out in queens and long island totally forgetting about Harlem and the Bronx. Whats more sad is that it is now 2018, 10 years later and they are still sounding the damn horn at late hours.

I don’t live in East Harlem but whenever I’m there I can hear that horn from anywhere lmao
