Probably the only thing that would affect the list number of 5001 is the sheer number of people who took the test. Triple the amount of people took it this time, thats thousands with the same score as you and a possible more advantageous ssn. .

Hopefully not, judging by some of the responses here I wouldn't want some of these people as my partner who can't follow simple instruction. I'm sure you wouldn't want them driving a multiple ton truck down your street either lol.
