They have to promote the few guys who had military credit and got passed to avoid demoting people. Beyond that I've heard rumors of lots of things but only rumors. They're set for a spring class otherwise

Why?? You don't need to worry about truck routes, overweight permits etc. Your an official vehicle own by the city. You go where you please. Nobody bothers you. Return it before you open it. You will need the money to live off of the first couple of years. The gps in your phone is all you need and you don't even need that.
