She did the right thing as there was all kinds of other debauchery going on there.
The reason women nowadays do that is because of declining moral standards and bad parenting. Whatever happened to a woman saving her body for her husband and raising good kids and having a nice life with her husband.
By behaving like this men will treat them poorly and they will get used and they will deserve it. Have some decency.
Really? Is that an actual established fact that you are stating here? If so, where does this permissive law apply? Just in New York CIty? Or in New York State at-large? Or nationwide?
And, if so, is this only on beaches that toplessness is allowed? Or only on certain select beaches? Or can women be topless anywhere at all n public (e.g., while sitting in a restaurant, walking through midtown Manhattan, at a public swimming pool, et al)?
UPDATE: I just typed "is toplessness legal or illegal in new york city" in Google and it came up with a host of websites that said along the lines of the following: "Topless Women in Public Not Breaking the Law, Says NYPD". How interesting! How times have changed!
