Laughing in agony. Liberalism is a huge failure and it ruins the city. Then again conservatism isn't any better. Then again. This article is nothing new. Legacy cities such as DC, San Francisco and NYC are the most expensive places to live in the country. 40k a year won't get a person far in NYC or any other hip transient legacy yoga cupcake infused city unless that person is shacked up with able body workers like roommates spouse or family member.
