Wait till 2030, when Columbia's Manhattanville campus is complete. The business school opens up in Manhattanville in a couple of years, and soon they start construction on a hotel and conference center.
So you were very smart to buy when you did, and to ignore gloomy complainers who may not have actually visited the neighborhood in years if not decades.
