Boerum street and Graham Ave- is this East Williamsburg?? (Lee: live, zip code)

The location is between Graham Ave and Manhattan Ave. I've been told this is East Williamsburg but i just need confirmation.

It's South Williamsburg. Anything south of Grand Street is South Williamsburg. South Williamsburg is gentrifying but more lower class/shady then the rest of Williamsburg.

Even with all the Hasidic Jews? I thought it'd be more unwelcoming than shady.

The Hasidic section is more towards Lee Avenue. The area the OP asked is heavily Puerto Rican and Dominican. There's also a fast growing hipster population, althought not as big as North Williamsburg.

Definitely agree with this- once you go to Broadway, theres definitely a presence of Hasidics.

Anyhow, thanks for the clarification. When i grew up here, we would call the area Williamsburg. Even where my father lived (metropolitan and lorimer) was all the same to me growing up. We never further clarified the areas, except for the southside area.

On a side note, what are two bedroom rents going for in this area?
