Does anyone believe the phony baloney story he made up about why he changed his name from Warren Wilhelm to Bill de Blasio? His dad was a bad guy, he loved his mom and his mom's family (the de Blasio's), so he changed it to Bill de Blasio. I call BS.

So why isn't your first name still Warren, the name your mother gave you?

Let's be honest. The name Warren Wilhelm just plain sucks for a NYC politician, and the name Warren de Blasio just sounds silly. That's why he changed his name to Bill de Blasio.
