I would like to coat my car in a molecular bonded shell and make it impervious to just about any type of ammunition. A guy named Wilton Knight had developed a formula for it years ago, not sure why it was never put more into use.

It turns out it only worked on a car the exact shape of a 1982 Trans-Am.

NYC needed an entire new fleet of cars. So what if it adds upwards $100,000 to the price of each car. New Yorkers can easily afford it !
