Does anyone know of a reputable estate attorney located in Jackson Heights/Queens, or in the very near vicinity? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i use ronald fatoullah , they are in forest hills although i use the great neck office. they are real experts in that area . not cheap but worth the expertise.

Mind giving the group an idea of the size of the estate? In NYS, estates of less than $2 million are not subject to NYS inheritance tax and therefore the executor or personal representative does not have to file the complicated estate tax form but will have to file several forms with the Surrogates Court. You can do this yourself but it is not advisable. The link below is a number for New York City Bar Association lawyer referral.
