I just wonder if this is going to spark some mini gang war in NY - it's absolutely insane reading Instagram or twitter about this - literally thousands of gsng members talking about killing each other over this.
No. @ worst associates of chinx are gonna find out who the shooter is and retaliate and then the shooters associates will do the same and there will be a back and forth til the police get involved. Will it engulf the whole city of NY? Hell no.

Reading this guy was known to have been a drug dealer. Not saying he deserved it but it wouldn't be unheard of that he still had street drama going on.
With the DA and criminal court right up the street, there must be some surveillance footage of every automobile driving down Queens blvd at that time. It was at 4am, so there shouldn't be too many vehicles to sift through.
