Someone, anyone please help. I'm on the waiting list for an apt in Wyckoff Gardens for almost 3 years now. I currently have FEPS but cannot find an apt that takes that program or is for the amount of rent I can have. How long will it be before I get an apartment offer? Who can I see or what can I do to maybe speed up the process? My current apt lease is up and I'm about to get evicted. Someone out there please guide me in the right direction.

Unfortunately I am unable to work anymore due to illnesses. My oldest daughter at home works though plus I have two younger children. After my husband and I separated over 3 years ago, it seems like I can't get a break.

I would call them and write constantly.

There are other threads about NYCHA - find them and post there and someone with experience will help.

I've been doing that. However, when I call the general number they tell me to call Wyckoff Gardens mgt office directly. When I call the mgt office they don't even look me up. They just say I have to wait. I've even gone to the main offices on 250 Broadway, to no avail.
