When driving in the belt I see a playground on the top of a hill around the bay ridge fort williams area. Is this the one at shore park or owls head? Neither of them seemed to look like the one I saw from the highway.

I'm pretty sure it's Owl's Head Park.. If she sees a skate park near it then it is.

Owl's Head Park
Shore Rd., 68 St., Colonial Rd.
Brooklyn

I think you mean Fort Hamilton not Fort Williams. Is it closer to exit one or exit two?

Owl's Head Park has a playground but it is not on top of a hill. It is closer to Colonial Road and right by exit one.

There is a playground, I think, right by the army base (that is probably on the base) right before you hit the bridge.

There is at least one other playground between exit one and two that is part of Shore Road Park. But that part of Shore Road Park is not elevated.

BTW-Drove by the other day and thought of this thread.

The "playground on the hill" is not Owl's Head Park. The playground for that park is not on the hill.

As I thought, there is a playground on a hill right near the bridge---and that I am almost certain belongs to Fort Hamilton.
