Please tell me this is a joke, first the city will became ugly with this dome also NYC is beautiful with the 4 distinct seasons and all weather events like thunderstorm and lighting wich sometimes hit the lighting rod as that of empire state building, snow storm etc.
This dome will totally ruined the spirit of this city.

It's 55 years old.... I think it's pretty much dead, lol. And if it weren't, NYC would have to find $40 billion first.
