This POS has been trespassing in this building for 15+ years. Every effing night he sleeps somewhere in the building.

Landlord does nothing to get rid of him.

Put up a sign to call 311 every time you see him. LOL. Seriously I'm sick of smelling his nasty poopoo filled pants every day.

Have him Ubered straight to City Hall.

Tell him that each time he yells at Bill DeBlasio, you'll give him 10 bucks.

make sure you give him the 10.

If this story is even true ---- I cannot imagine a homeless person sleeping in a building for 15 years and the super or owner not taking action --- then why not get the super to change the lock??? Simple solution

Again, if this is even true, I'm sure other people in the building have seen him and have a problem with it.
Why haven't a bunch of the tenants gone en masse to the owner?

So you're saying a paying tenant should disrupt his own life and take time and money to move because someone is illegally sleeping in the building? Okay.

Yes,because if a major quality of life issue persists in a building for over a decade it indicates a serious deeply rooted management issue that is unlikely to ever be resolved. If you find yourself living in a building that has serious, deeply rooted management and quality of life issues that persist for years and years, the only rational response is move.

It is irrational to live with an issue like this for 15 f ing years. Time to move on is long past…. at least a decade ago. With me it would have been 14.5 years ago.
