One place I do know is Kings Fish Market over on Sutphin Blvd. between Archer Ave. and 91 Ave. The place next to it on the corner isn't bad either although some of their stuff is a little pricier. If you want something overly specific or closer to where you live, you're probably better off using a search engine

A Farmers Market like the one in Union Square. There are many across the city. If you don'the want to sweat too much, trader joes sells packaged fish.

You can fish off any pier or beach basically. For example an protected beach or bay yields the highest fish count but one with lots of activity ( meaning trash food ) will also yield many catches. Put those two together.

This is where I go as well. I also occasionally go to the fish market in Chelsea Market.
