Does anyone know a place where they would sell fresh, Wild fish, not farm raised? Near or in New Braunfels, would be ideal, but if it's farther, that's ok. Thanks.

Fresh fish travels by air to places as far inland as San Antonio. FWIW, it has been discussed here before that San Antonio's lack of direct flights from coastal cities greatly limits the availability of fresh fish in local markets and restaurants.

You said that MUCH better than I'd just thought twice about posting!

Such a diplomat!

But I'm still curious if OP wanted to eat the fish or watch it in an aquarium!

What does FWIW mean? And ok, I just moved here from California, wasn't even thinkin about how the flights would affect. So how about just a good fish market?? Or where you can just get good wild fish?

And I haven't ate alot of fish(but would now like to more), as I was vegetarian for 14 years before...but what about fish that can be caught in these lakes around, etc??? I see people fishing when we drive around sometimes and figure some place might have some.
