How does one go about this outreach program? I've been on the nycha waiting list for 4 years and have to go to a shelter with my 6 month old. Please help

I would like to give a shorty summary of my nycha journey. I 1st applied may 2013. My priority was manhattan and Brooklyn. I just randomly decided to switch my priority to Staten Island and brooklyn in may 2017. I got a letter for an eligibility interview through the outreach program for mid August 2017. Became certified September 20th 2017 and was selected for an apartment October 5 and I'm getting my keys tomorrow October 20th
