There is a Fairway in Pelham, just over The Bronx line and adjacent to a BJ's, if you're willing to drive there. Whole Foods in Ridge Hill is not bad, but doesn't have the same selection as some of the other WF, but that's more the prepared foods/baked goods where they seem to have fewer vegan options in Yonkers.
Mrs. Green's is near TJ's on the Scarsdale/Eastchester border on the Post Road, but that's a smaller specialty grocer, not one where you could get everything done.
There's a large Stop & Shop in Cross County Plaza, with a better selection than the store on Broadway.
People flock to Stew Leonard, but I just don't understand why, and never have. It's a similar phenomenon to Wegman's in other areas, but I do understand that.
There is a Costco just down the hill from Stew Leonard, on top of the Home Depot, across from Ridge Hill where the WF is located.
I would skip the Shop Rite on Tuckahoe Road as the parking lot is a nightmare and the store is not the greatest.

I went to an Aldi in the Bronx and was not impressed. I think it was somewhere in Kingsbridge or lower Riverdale. I frankly don't see the appeal in that place. Lol, it seems to market itself to the extremely budget conscious which is okay but what they actually sell is so blah...
Aldi is actually a good choice. The selection is limited, and "name brands" are generally not stocked. However, their suppliers for cereals and such make those name brands. https://www.aldi.us/en/customer-serv...qs/about-aldi/
They always have great pricing on produce. ETA: I've only been to the one on Gun Hill Rd once, but frequent the local Aldi in PA weekly.
