Exactly. They already confiscated the bikes. Why not just give it to charity or a better use? Bratton is garbage.

Good! I'm sure the ghetto will be pissed, but as a resident of a precinct where we respect law and order and our neighbors, those who terrorize with these bikes will be rightly shunned.

You have a good point.

Maybe I am too quick I just read he was involved in the Broken Windows campaign which I am a fan of, from reading/studying/know ppl from NYC.
