Do you guys know whats the deal with full time students?
I’m a full time student in MBA, but my program is 100% online.
I already had an interview, where I was asked to bring the missing documents. The interviewer told me that they have an apartment for me. She also told me that I have to find out if Im a full or a part time student. I wasn’t sure, since im taking my program online and have a full time job. However I told them that Im a full time.

That is correct. A full-time student cannot be the ONLY occupant. If you applied with your parents or a spouse, and they are not full-time students, then you could be.

But I don't know what they consider to be full-time. Is it just the number of credits?

Edited to add: I found this definition of full-time student in the Marketing Guidelines:

*Note on Student Rule for IRS Program Units: Low-income units in these programs
are not to be occupied exclusively by students (for Low-Income housing tax credits,
the IRS defines a ―student‖ as a full-time student during five (5) calendar months of
the calendar year at an educational institution, other than a correspondence school,
with regular faculty and students), unless the household qualifies for an exception
under the IRS code.

Maybe you could make the case that you're at a correspondence school?

Don't tell them as you may blow a rent stabilization opportunity of a lifetime. With your MBA you'll soon become a CEO and pay only $603/month in rent. LIFESTYLE!

I am in somewhat of a similar situation. I have been selected for further review however I was a student 2.5 years ago and only started filing taxes in 2015. I am self employed and within the income bracket for 2015, also in the community board.
They asked for 2013 and 2014 as well, however I only have 2015 and a CPA letter for 2016.. will this be enough ??

If he's not a student, and he will be occupying the apartment with you, then you can be a full-time student.
