Not bad as in dangerous. Just boring and a bit desolate, IMO.

Thanks for your message just now. I received it, but was unable to reply as I have reached my daily DM limit.

I will definitely look at UES. Hopefully I find something nice but affordable.

I want lots of partying haha.

If the financial district area where this building is located is touristy and not too many young people/nightlife/parties I will most definitely hate it.

You sound like some odd combination of delusional, entitled and lazy. Suggest you take all that money and have someone drive around neighborhood, and ask your model girlfriend for advice. Or you can always do what a sensible person in his 20s might do, which is rent until he gets to know his way around.

I don't know anything about Manhattan. I'm trying to learn.

Are you actually in Manhattan now? If so, make an appointment at the Gehry building, and you can view apartments and check out the neighborhood at the same time. That's how you learn about Manhattan.

Also, my favorite neighborhood is Flatiron. I'm sure you could go to any decent real estate office there and they will find you a place in about a half hour.

You can afford around an $8,800/month place according to the 40% rent rule. I can't even fathom 1 - 1.5 bedrooms for that much but I think you could find some pretty cool places for that.

Look in that price range on NakedApartments or StreetEasy to get an idea of the places you can afford and the neighborhood amenities. Then you'll see in what areas/views you're looking for.

Here are some apartment websites.

Or get a realtor and see it first hand.

Right i'm in my late 20s, very successful, and what i'm looking to do is lease a condo with a grand view of the city.

I'm also looking to start dating a professional model, but i do not need advice for this as i believe i will be able to get that aspect of my life going.

I mainly need help with finding a good location to live, and a condo with a nice view.

lol.
