Hi! My application was rejected due to me being below income. However, that was due to my company's weird pay cycle. Anyways, I snail-mailed an appeal about a week ago, emailed the office, and was told that management was reviewing my application. Fingers crossed! Has anyone here ever won an appeal? How long does management take to come to a decision after appeals? My fear is that the wait will be so long that I'll be placed on a waiting list. However, I see now that no one has moved in yet. Good luck to all of you!

Hey we are basically on the same boat, I'm still waiting
I've heard from them to send more financial paperwork last week... it seems that they're still processing CB applicants ... what's your log BoogieDown ? Did they approve your appeal ?
Does anyone have the contact info for the management company running the process? Was trying to do a search online but coming up empty. I wanted to know where they are in terms of gen pop log numbers as I have a fairly low one and haven't heard anything.
Would appreciate anyone that can provide contact details. Thanks!
log #8kkk in CB. Took 3 months to get my 1 bed from the time I handed my paperwork
