Donald Trump won a presidential campaign by promising to bring back manufacturing jobs America lost decades ago. Can Jimmy McMillan and the "Rent Is Too Damn High Party" power their way to an electoral upset of epic proportions by promising all New Yorkers 50% rent reductions?

I think you greatly overestimate how much power a mayor has.

LOL, that's true but it might not matter. I think Trump greatly over estimates how much power the President has but obviously what matters is if enough people are stupid enough to believe whatever is being promised.

Trump won because Hillary was an unpopular candidate. Trump didn't even get as many votes as Mitt Romney (or Hillary for that matter).

Trump is filthy rich and proudly admitted to screwing over his workers, the narrative that he's for Main Street is laughable.
