Trouble with these kinds of stores is that you can break up what they do into different parts and find other businesses that can do the job better. Maybe 60% of the business is consummables whoch can be bought in Duane Reade. The rest are durables that can be ordered in amazon or bought in target. It's classic division of labor at work.
