It'll be a transformative building. Just a few blocks from where my folks live, too. I remain amazed at the level of change that has occurred in this part of Crown Heights and in the neighboring Prospect Heights in the last 10-15 years.

Seems to be a growing trend. Neighborhood revamping/gentrification is becoming synonymous with the sun rising. Some hate it. Some don't.
