If you read the entire OP post (difficult as it is to follow), the poster was *NOT* the one ticketed. Apparently he/she witnessed something and now is all indigent or whatever acting all extra.

Have said it before and am here doing so again; either CD condones or otherwise is behind these sort of posts, and or something else is going on.
In either case rarely bother anymore with posts started by those who recently joined, have poor grammar and or wording as they usually are nearly always suspect.
The query is posted and we never hear from the OP again; which leaves me to think someone starts these things to stir the pot and get site activity up.
I mean there are periods when at least this forum is slow, that is other than the never ending posts about "affordable" housing lotteries, NYCHA and "am I ready to move to NYC if I have......?" queries.
