Yep, Tina's and Sophie's.
We ate at Tina's yesterday (23 W. 56th.)
They call it Cuban, but it's Puerto Rican.

Based on what? It's not like Cuba and Puerto Rico are that far apart... Both Caribbean islands with similar cuisines.

Malecon, at west 175th street and broadway. Washington Heights. Its Caribbean? Best roasted chicken around. Huge portions. Open late too. 2am.

I am saying basically that someone looking for a Puerto Rican restaurant will not go far wrong with Tina's or Sophie's.
