It's a very small lottery. So I imagine if people have been called, it's not a huge number. It is a nice building. The street itself is a bit of a mess right now, but when the construction is finished (like three projects, including First Avenue), it should be better.

If you look on NYC Housing Connect, you'll be able to see your log number, assuming you applied online. Are you in the community board?

Actually this lottery has not opened. It is still closed. Don't know when log numbers will be out.

I passed by the building the other day, and it seems to be almost done. It will be sharing the lobby and the doorman station with the building next door, the Frontier, at 200 East 39th Street. Plus I guess the health club in 200 (no pool) will be shared. Together, they look like one large building. It's a very nice building in a convenient (if very busy) location. The block will be a bit better after the construction is finished. It's been craziness for the past two and a half years.

I guess it worked! So the building that's behind the orange construction equipment is the new one, 210, and 200 is on the right. You can see they both look like one large building.
