I wonder of their will be a 2nd running after this. 20 cities selected. Who will make the top 5? I have a feeling Austin Boston, Atlanta, northern Virginia out side of DC will make the top 5. It seems that these cities that are picked had access to educated work force and amenities like public transportation, or some sort of regional hub.
NYC mayor should convince Apple to move to NYC they looking build second HQ2 bring 21,000 new jobs and pump 350 billion dollars.
This is a good idea. Nyc should refocus it's effort to secure apple 2nd head quarters. Placing apple 2nd headquarters in am area near Williamsburg Brooklyn will be a huge boost of revenue, plus having access to a talented work force too.
Maybe Amazon will go to an area where the city wants to spur development. Like Broadway Junction, Jamaica, Queens, or the South Bronx. Or Amazon could also go to Hudson Yards (one part of the Yards doesn't have a platform or building over it yet). Or maybe they could build over Sunnyside Yards.
