Oh they are definitely back. What's worse is that everyone is so meek and timid these days, or maybe just so oblivious, no one kicks these people out of the trains. Newflash... We're all on our own in these tin cans for the most part. I wish more people spoke up against the aggressive types, but I guess I can see how things could escalate. These new cretins though seem just self-aware enough and smart enough to know what they can and cannot get away with. They KNOW their audience, and their audience is meek. (myself included lol, although i do get mouthy here and there)

Yeah well, I don't want to fight them. I just want to avoid them. Good thing, I have a sixth sense about them. Can spot them while everyone else is looking down at their smart phones. I haven't been looking at my phone lately. Never know when you have to make a fast exit!

Oh, just like the good old days.

Good way to travel. Look around who's on the train. People who live in cities and take public transportation usually get a sense of any potential problems early. You just get that feeling suddenly.

Whose gonna win a fight between a normal person and a homeless person with nothing to lose? Only two outcomes

1) Homeless person wins, you get hurt

2) You hurt the homeless person, you go down for a felony and end up Public Enemy #1 on the news for being that meanie who hurt a poor innocent homeless person.

Indeed have noticed over past several months the Q train has become just like the 8th Avenue/IND trains in that there are always homeless camped out.
Part of the problem is that they SAY, at 96th St. "Last stop: aall passengers off" but they do not enforce this so El Smello just rides back and forth all night in his own private car/gas chamber.

You get it.

Your brain works.

Next thing you know everybody has their phone out, and you end up on Worldstar with a nice lil caption under the video of yourself fighting a bum.....

Lottery fee waived.
