Without reading the article yet I bet you the majority of complaints are from lack of pigmentation people who moved into the area within the last 8-10yrs into areas where naturally tanned people have lived for decades.

That's a weird way to say "white" and "not white". Also, I doubt it's just white people complaining but who knows.

We has the worse neighbors, loud reggae music ,with bass bottoms,from noon to 3 am starting on Friday. The police could not stop them!
