San Diego is the worst with people and their puppies. Every time I fly there I have to talk to the airline and let them know I have serve allergies and can't be by any dogs or cats. It usually involves me getting stuck in the back of the plane while the animal get a seat in the front.

Most of them, especially the ones kept as pets are docile and harmless.

Trust me it doesn’t even matter. How I feel about them isn’t a choice.

I think snakes are cute. Really. Except for the poisonous ones because they have ummm… poison. Oh, and I don't like the ones that squeeze you to death either but other than that I think all snakes are cute. It's bugs that I can't stand. But snakes? Pssshaww…. They're cute! Especially their little heads. Perhaps because I was exposed to snakes as a little kid (my older brother had a pet snake) so I don't mind them at all.

I am sorry about your allergies as I do not fly with my lovely yorkie.

However, once you land, all bets are off. Welcome to the Dollhouse. Submit or get back on the plane. Nobody promised you a rose garden.

Not that it matters to you anymore, but last summer in Rockaway, I saw a snake outside for the first time ever. Right on the sidewalk, slithering up 59th Street. Small garden snake. Must have come from by the bay.

I would have bolted for the hills. When I saw the guy in front of my office building with the snake, I almost ran out into traffic. Such an uncomfortable feeling....

No offense, but I'd like to grab you by the collar and slap you around a bit.
