A person making $68,709 cannot afford a studio that is $1,949 a month. That $1,949 does not include electric and Internet. Plus the whole feeding yourself thing too.

Guys - we've been proving eligibility for the last couple weeks for a 1br unit for 2 people. Down to detailing Venmo statements. My question is - if my roommate sends money for rent every month and we show the deposits which reflect that, will they later need to see the transfers coming out of my roommates account? What further clarification will they need re: Venmo deposits once we provide the deposit detail? Thanks!
