There is a sweet spot in timing of crimes in TS. That would be between 5 and 7 am.
The logic is ,cops are going to end their tour, or are waiting to end their tour. Clubs and bars are already closed as well. Turning of the guards is primetime for crime.

Chief Keef is originally from the south side of Chicago, but he's practically banned from the city. He lives in Los Angeles near most of the other musicians & entertainers.
