I've been going to Raffetto for years, mostly for ravioli and tortellini, but never really wondered about the cheery elderly lady who was often behind the counter.
It seems to be cheaper if you buy it at their own store. And, presumably, fresher. I like the cheese-and-spinach, and chicken-and-mozzarella ravioli.
