Who is restricting freedom exactly? I believe you are still quite FREE to walk, bike, rollerblade, hop, skip, crawl, into the city. You can also PAY and take a train/bus/helicopter, and NOW you can PAY during peek times to drive in. Why are you making this about freedom? It is about choking traffic, pollution, and limited space/time.
