Every polling site is supposed to have a uniformed cop posted in a visible location.
I haven't seen a cop in years at my polling site for primaries or general elections, including presidential elections. Maybe there is one posted later in the day as I usually vote before 9 am. My neighbor is a poll worker where I vote, I'll ask him next time I see him if there is a cop at the location sometime during the day.
They are supposed to be there before it opens until after it closes. What kind of location is your polling site? I know private locations sometimes ask for two cops, but I have never heard of none at all.
So they are plants because you don't agree with them politically?
