Rats are everywhere, it ain’t a Harlem thing. They’re more prevelent in the BX actually.

I thought it was B'klyn who had it worse. Anyway...
seagulls are nasty and mean but rats...ugh...no, they're the worst.
Especially the ones who aren't scared, which is about all of them. JMO.

They'll do more than that, and they work as a team.. One flies down and knocks the hot dogs and hamburgers right out of your hands while two more swoop down, grab them and the whole gang is gone before you even know what happened.
