seagulls are nasty and mean but rats...ugh...no, they're the worst.
Especially the ones who aren't scared, which is about all of them. JMO.
Our rats stay to themselves, they not disrespectful in the street like Harlem

They'll do more than that, and they work as a team.. One flies down and knocks the hot dogs and hamburgers right out of your hands while two more swoop down, grab them and the whole gang is gone before you even know what happened.
They'll rip your food bag open or drag your cooler off while you are in the water or walking on the beach, grab food right out of your hand if you drop your attention..
Far Rock being a flood zone is a true b**ch. Their houses flooding or possibly drifting into the Atlantic Ocean by some hurricane is a real issue nobody wants to deal with, which is why it’s a desert dump. The A train ain’t even reliable. Can’t even go to and from Far Rock without a issue. Takes a hour and a half to get from there to Manhattan
I would rather take my chances with mother nature
than those muthas...................
