Maybe if there was actually some teeth to this so that private landlords on these lists had to legally and explicitly disclose its history of violations if placed on this list to any listing they place. Sort of like those health code violation letter grades for restaurants.

Did I read this right? 25 billion?
Those who are familiar with my posts on " filling the hole with sand " the failing subway system; just figured
that we can kill two birds with one stone by tearing down NYCHA buildings and using the rubble to fill the inept subway tunnels.
This will create room for new buildings for the needy and end the usage of subterranean mass transit. Deny automobiles into
Manhattan and add more busses. Woo hoo......................
