This is bizarre. How do they pay rent on the store.

The last thing that was there was the Hu restaurant. I think Payless become the Sugar mega candy store, but I could be wrong.

At that time we were also purchasing lots of wine at 123th and 3rd Avenue liquors, in particular Romanoff Vodka and Georgi Vodka. I could not find these wines on the UES, as they wanted to charge me more than 20 dollars for a half gallon.
