Yet another hero NYPD cop killed by a savage who should’ve been in jail. Our politicians care more about pandering to to leftist savs than ensuring the safety of law abiding tax payers and our first responders.
Rest in Peace Warrior. Another hero pulling guns off the street as best as he could in a majority Black neighborhood in hopes that the neighborhood could be just that much less dangerous for local residents.
I earlier in the day he had already recovered an illegal handgun from a different perp.
Now, waiting for the cop haters who excuse Savagery by saying "Well thats the Job he signed up for"....
Yes RIP. In a time when an officer passes away in service it should bring a sense of reflection and solemnity for a passing of a life. Not an opportunity to attack perceived enemies. Well that is my two cents. And a sincere prayer for those left behind.
Very tragic that a person serving the community lost his life. Having lived near the Edenwald Houses long ago, the stats of the Laconia Avenue Precinct interest me: 40 murders recorded in 1990, 17 in 2001, 5 in 2018. Five are grievous, but it is better than 40.

I work about a mile from those projects. The area is better thanks to the NYPD, thanks to the hard working and professional officers.
