well...they were definitely MOVING....they drove from the platform right thru the doors...

**** that only happens in nyc.
They probably can’t afford the gas so they went through the emergency gates for free to take the train to their ****hole project somewhere.

These moto riders are the ones protesting Cuomo's plan to hire 500 MTA cops, because they want to ride their vehicles on the train and smoke weed / cigarettes on the platform, and jump turnstiles without repercussion. Laws shouldn't apply to them
